If you are unsure on whether your fragrance(s) is/are eligible please send a photo of your fragrance(s) as well as your order number to us to receive a pre-acceptance on the eligibility of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
